Electricity & Water Authority (EWA)
Provided end-to-end Project for one of EWA’s strategic digital transformation initiatives—leading the implementation of an enterprise web and mobile platform that transformed the Authority’s digital presence and customer experience. Managed the delivery of a wide range of customer-facing digital services, aligning business processes to enable end-to-end electronic service delivery, significantly reducing the need for customers to visit service centers or contact the call center. Oversaw the integration of the new digital platform with EWA’s backend enterprise systems, ensuring a seamless, secure, and customer-centric digital ecosystem.
