Realtime designed and deployed unmanned digital branches built around smart self-service kiosks — letting banks and service providers extend their footprint without staffing a full branch. Each kiosk handles the transactions customers used to queue for at a counter.
The machines were engineered, integrated and commissioned end to end: hardware, software and the back-office connections that make them feel like a real branch. The result is a 24/7 presence that scales to new locations quickly and at a fraction of the cost.
