Attendance, door access, vehicle gates, employee parking and visitors on a single identity — opened by face, fingerprint, CPR, QR, card or phone, on the readers you already own, running inside your own walls. Enrol a person once; every door, barrier and timesheet already knows them.

Most sites run a biometric clock, a door controller, a barrier at the car park and a visitor book at reception — plus a spreadsheet to reconcile them at month end. Axsera runs them as one system, so the answer to “who is on site right now” needs no reconciling at all. Face, fingerprint, CPR, QR, card and mobile check-ins land in one attendance record, and late, early, absent and overtime are worked out as the day happens — the file that leaves for payroll needs no cleaning first.

Any credential opens any door it is entitled to on the readers already installed, with the decision shown at the door and live video, two-way intercom and per-zone scoping in the operator console. Cameras read the plate at the gate and lift the barrier for authorised vehicles in real time, tied back to a known person validated live against your directory. Visitors are invited by email, arrive with a QR pass, get only the doors and hours their visit allows, and the badge dies the instant the visit ends.

Enrolled once, recognised everywhere: the same person can arrive by any of six credentials without a second profile existing anywhere — what changes between them is convenience, never the record. Every grant, denial and unlock is logged with who, when and where, and the whole platform runs on your own infrastructure.
