The plate is the ticket. The gate opens itself.

Cameras read the plate on the way in and on the way out, barriers lift on their own, and the driver pays on their phone before they reach the gate — no ticket, no app to install. One platform runs every site, zone and lane you operate, in the cloud, on your own hardware at the gate, or both.

A car park usually runs on three disconnected things — a ticket machine for the driver, a control room for the operator, and a spreadsheet for whoever owns the revenue. ParkTap is one system serving all three, looking at the same second. Drivers pay with Apple Pay, Benefit or card in the browser and see the car that was actually captured before they pay; live occupancy, lane events, revenue and device health reach the operator as they happen.

It is multi-tenant by design: a tenant owns sites, a site has zones, a zone has lanes, and pricing, hours and permissions can be set at whichever level the deal was signed. One platform can run a mall, a hospital and a tower without any of them meeting, and every read supports GCC plate formats across Bahrain, Saudi, Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE and Oman.

Cloud microservices run tenants, plans, payments and reporting, while an on-premise gateway at each gate keeps plate reading, barrier control and local recording running through an outage — reconciling automatically once the link returns. The gate never waits on a connection to decide whether to open, and for operators who keep everything in-house, the whole platform can run on their own infrastructure.
