Room booking fails for one reason: it asks people to work somewhere new. Reservio puts the screen at the door and leaves the booking exactly where your staff already do it. A wall display outside each room carries your own branding and shows what is happening now and what is next, so the argument at the threshold — whether the room is free — stops being an argument. Bookings made in Outlook or Teams appear on the screen, and the other way round, so the calendar and the door never tell two different stories.

Booked is not the same as used. The rooms marked busy all day and empty all afternoon are why nobody believes the calendar — QR check-in and live occupancy tell you which bookings actually became meetings, across the whole estate. Displays are managed, monitored and locked down from one place, so a screen in another building is not a site visit.

Run it two ways: fully managed, where hosting, updates and monitoring are ours and the displays arrive configured and stay that way; or on your own servers, installed in your estate, integrated with your existing calendars, security-tested independently and supported locally.
