Wathiqa is one platform where the same document is read, found, discussed, signed and retired. Tuned Arabic and English OCR takes the scan; a vision model takes what OCR can't — photographs, handwriting, bad faxes — and type, tags and language are decided on ingest.

Meaning-based search works across both languages, so “the Riffa lease” finds the file that never uses those words. Ask a question and the answer comes back in sentences, footnoted to the file and the page it was read from — click the citation and read the source yourself. Drag a signature where it belongs, request one from a colleague or an outside party, and run the approval chains you define by role, department or named person.

It is built for places where every access is recorded: five roles scoped by department, per-document visibility, and sensitive types that ask for the password again at the moment of opening. Every administrative action carries a typed reason stamped with who and when, and on-premise keeps files, search indexes and backups inside your own network — with an AI you can switch off entirely without stopping the platform.
